FlyAirsinai.com acts as agent to the suppliers (eg. the airlines, the accommodation providers the car hire companies, the tour operators) with whom you book.
Consequently each supplier's terms and conditions will apply to your booking and copies are available upon request.
When you use our services and make a booking online on our website you enter into a distance contract between yourself (The Main Booker, see below) and Us (The Agent; flyairsinai.com).
Please note that in all cases the Main Booker on the reservation must be 18 years or over at the time of booking.
The Main Booker will be in contract with the supplier and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all members of the party this includes the correct spelling of names (exactly as per the passenger's passport), title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance.
When the Main Booker makes a booking he/she guarantees that not only has he/she read, understood and accepted these conditions on his/her own behalf but also that he/she is making a booking on behalf of each member of the Group (as each member's agent) and that each member of the Group has read, understood and accepted these conditions. The Main Booker is also guaranteeing that he/she has the authority to act as the agent of each member of the Group. The main booker is responsible for imparting all knowledge of the holiday into their group.
All travel products featured on this website are subject to availability.
Each passenger should travel with adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are covered against unforeseen cancellation charges, medical costs incurred whilst away from home (subject to approval), personal liability claims, loss of money etc.
We recommend that insurance is purchased at the time of booking to insure against possible cancellation costs.
Passports & Visas
All passengers should be in possession of a valid passport which must have at least six months validity beyond the return travel date or as specified by the country or countries you are visiting.
Please ensure when making a late booking that you have enough time to obtain replacement passports and any necessary visas if required. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct passport and visa documentation in good time. Neither we nor the suppliers used to provide your travel arrangements will accept any responsibility if you are unable to travel because you have failed to comply with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
Medical advice and inoculations
Please seek your doctor's advice for specific information relating to your journey.
We accept the following forms of payments:
- SEPA bank transfer in Euro or Pound Sterling by Wire Transfer
- by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Charges will appear on your statement as 'flyairsinai'.
Ticket pricing (fare calculation) is made in the currency that you chose when booking. Online payments for air carriage are carried out in the currency of the client's bank account.
If the currencies are not the same, the calculated ticket fare is converted into the currency of the client's bank account at the rate stipulated by the issuing bank.
A number of foreign banks charge additional amounts for online payment. To clarify the terms of payment, please contact your issuing bank.
According to the rules of international payment systems (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), we reserve the right to clarify the circumstances of the passenger's ticket booking and payment through specified contact details, and to suspend the tickets if the money due has not been credited into our account. In case of credit card payments the details need to be in the name of the Main Booker otherwise the credit card payment may be refused and the booking will be cancelled. A copy of the passport may be requested in order to verify the Main Bookers details.
Merchant will not sell, purchase, provide, exchange or in any other manner disclose Account or Transaction data, or personal information of or about a Cardholder to anyone, except, it’s Acquirer, Visa/Mastercard Corporations or in response to valid government demands.
All prices are subject to availability and final confirmation from the supplier. Please note that for many special fares payment within 24 to 72 hours is required (ticket time limit). Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or increase of prices. Price may change unless ticketed.
When a flight is on request a creditcard pre-authorisation & another way of payment may be requested. A request booking is binding and in case the request cannot be confirmed the creditcard will not be charges & any other payment will be refunded within 48 hours.
Your E-ticket(s) will be automatically forwarded to you within 2-10 working days depending the departure date & form of payment.
Adult: 12 years and above
Children: 2-11 years.
Infants: 0-1 year (no seat)
For some promotional fares and Business Class fares there is no discount for children. Tickets are non-endorsable, valid only on Air Sinai, name change & refund not allowed.
Flight Timings Amendments & General Conditions of Carriage
All flight timings are provisional and subject to change. The Travel Agent cannot be held responsible for delays or flight cancellations made by the airline. Any claims in this regard should be forwarded directly to the airline.
The General Conditions of Carriage of the airline of your choice is applicable.
Should you find it necessary to cancel or amend your holiday, please contact flyairsinai.com immediately, we will require written confirmation of the cancellation/amendment by the Main Booker on the booking by return.
Cancellation/amendment charges will apply. Cancellation charges after payment: non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable (cancellation charges 100 %). Tickets are not exchangable and all
sales are final.
Cancellation charges after booking but before payment & ticketing (if you choose Bank Transfer as a payment option) by the client €/£ 50,- per passenger for airline tickets. The charges will be confirmed to you on receipt of your written instruction to cancel or amend your holiday/flight booking.
If the airline is canceling the flight and provides a refund the agency necessarily incurs disbursement and the additional costs of its consultants and accounting staff who process the cancellation and customer refunds. In addition to these direct costs, cancellation of Travel Services usually results in a financial cost to the Agency from the loss of commission that would otherwise be available as compensation to the Agency and its consultants for their time and expertise in advising on booking travel arrangements and tickets on a customer's behalf. Cancellation of Flight Reservation for eligible cases / € 100,- per person.
Due to the impact of Covid-19 worldwide, refunds will be processed in accordance with the latest airline policies. Please note that refunds may be made in the form of airline vouchers.
Delivery of the E-tickets & Delivery Policy
Clients can book flights online on our website. After final confirmation from our side and cleared payment the E-ticket(s) will be issued within 24-72 hours and forwarded to the Main Booker per e-mail.
